Cancellation Policy

• Please note that all workshop bookings are non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling Policy

• To reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your session will incur a £10 fee.

 

Late Arrival Policy

• We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your session start time.
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your booking, and it will be considered a missed session.
