Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Free shipping on orders over £55
Under £55: £5.99 per Standard Parcel by 1st Class Royal Mail
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
In-Store Pickup – Manchester
Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Manchester studio.
- Select Local Pickup at checkout.
- Orders are typically ready within 48 hours.
- You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
Returns & Refunds
All of our flower arrangements are handmade to order. As they are perishable and delicate, we regret that we do not accept returns. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt at info@littlemproduction.com with the order number and a photo of the item's condition, we will review the issue and offer a refund or replacement if appropriate. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details and exclusions.
