This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through Little M Secret Garden.
Made-to-Order Floral Designs
All of our flower arrangements are handmade to order. As they are perishable and delicate, we regret that we do not accept returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of receipt at info@littlemproduction.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please contact us regarding a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the value of the item and any standard delivery costs.
